Much has been said on this site about how very lucky Democrats have been this year with the array of smart, accomplished, impressive and diverse candidates for President we've had. I, along with many others, have been postively gleeful at the Republicans' dismal choices. When John McCain emerged as the Republican front-runner, I was even more gleeful because all I kept hearing was how much Republicans really didn't like McCain.
We are now down to two choices on our side, and whether you support Hillary Clinton or Barak Obama, I hope that the vast majority of us would agree that either candidate would make an infinitely better president than John McCain.
So imagine my surprise when I read today on Rasussen Reports that McCain, the man Republicans love to hate, has less core opposition than Obama or Clinton!
